Amanda was much more than a realtor to us while we were searching for a new (to us) home. She was an advisor and provided concise input when prompted, but was never overbearing with her input. A specific example that comes to mind was a house we looked at that had a partial unfinished basement. I was ready to consider putting an offer in on it when I asked for her input. We had a wonderful experience using Amanda Braden as our Realtor.  As first time home buyers, she helped us understand the process of buying a home. Amanda was amazing at working with our schedules, and very informative of all the homes we looked at, and understood our requests as far as location and features. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Amanda and to have had such a great home buying experience, without feeling any pressure to buy. We went into this thinking it was going to be very stressful and time consuming, but with Amanda's guidance, we were able to put an offer in and close on our home in little over a month. The process was so easy and comfortable compared to other homes I have sold.  Even in this market, the process was less than 6 months!  Great communication between all parties and a feeling that everyone involved was happy and getting what they needed.  It takes a special advocate to make it all go so smoothly.
